On behalf
of our client, a multinational company based in Kuwait, we are seeking for the
following specialties:
Sales
Associates
-Work as
an individual & as a team member, fully follow all
operating
procedures, & provide customers with complete service & an enjoyable
shopping experience to maximize sales, ensuring that the brand is represented
to required standards, & that stock loss risks are absolutely minimized
Visual
Merchandisers
-Implement
brand & company standards into store.
-Make
suggestions & implement changes to store layouts to maximize sales.
-Make full
use of promotional collateral.
-Develop
& train Employees where applicable
Assistant
Store Managers
-Manage a
team including; in store training, recruitment (where applicable),motivation,
coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
-Implement
store layout, visual merchandising, stock & fixture positioning according
to brand guidelines.
-Manage
stock replenishment, product launches & promotions.
-Maximize
sales & ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times
-Deputize
in the absence of the Store Managers.
Store
Manager
-To
maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales,
reduce
stock loss & manage controllable costs. To motivate & develop team
members & ensure store complies with all company regulations &
procedures
-Consistently
focus on managing a profitable business through managing all costs, working
towards delivering budget plans
-Weekly
/daily analysis of commercial reports & implementation of action plans
where necessary.
-Manage
manpower planning according to needs of business, whilst considering trading
patterns/events.
Requirements
-1 to 2
years of experience in similar position
-Excellent
command of English Language (Both oral and written)
